The product is a vintage vinyl LP of David Benoit's album "This Side Up," released in 1985 by Spindletop Records. This high-fidelity first edition, first pressing features jazz pop and smooth jazz tunes in stereo, with excellent inlay and sleeve grading. The 12" record comes in the original inner sleeve and cover, signed by the producer Jeffrey Weber, making it a valuable addition to any music collector's inventory from the 1980s era.

•Very Good Plus (VG+): The record shows some signs of use but plays well without significant issues. It may have minor surface marks that do not affect playback.

•Very Good (VG): The record has noticeable wear and may have surface noise, but it is still playable. It may have scratches or
scuffs that are audible but not
overwhelming.

•Good (G): The record is playable but has significant scratches and surface noise. It may skip or have other playback issues.

•Fair (F): The record is heavily worn and
may be unplayable. It is often used as a placeholder until a better copy is found.

• Poor (P)/Worn (W): The record is damaged and not playable. Typically only valuable for collectors of rare items.
